PipeCandy is an eCommerce market intelligence company. Towards gaining insights into the eCommerce market, PipeCandy launches a series of products and plugins to be used by a variety of customers.

Expectations:

  • 1-4 years of experience in handling customers and/or working with & in teams
  • Good command over the written and the spoken forms of English
  • Run the scrum and daily standups related to the GTM (involves several steps like persona research, content strategy, keyword research, content creation, design, launch planning)

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales:

  • Gathering the prospect/customer’s requirements, document and evaluate those requirements based on data availability and product roadmap status to determine project feasibility
  • Giving qualitative and quantitative feedback to the Sales team to help them set expectations with the prospect/customer
  • Work with Sales and Founding team to put together comprehensive responses for RFPs and deliver compelling proposals

Account Management:

  • Devising project plans for key customer-facing projects and adhering to internal and external deadlines
  • Proactively setting expectations with customers on product updates, roadmap and deliveries
  • Supporting customers through various channels as appropriate
  • Coordinating with internal and external data providers to plan for customer deliveries
  • Orchestrating conversations between internal teams and customers to find creative solutions to unique data requirements, resolve issues and build new types of data and insights

  • Providing regular, structured inputs to the product team about customer expectations, new product/feature ideas and user experience improvements
