PipeCandy is a 'one of its kind', 'data science' driven market intelligence platform that tracks the global eCommerce landscape. Our insights are used by well known global brands and startups. We are venture funded by India, the US, and Singapore based investors.

About the Role:

    PipeCandy is building a market/ industry intelligence product that combines sophisticated ML/ AI algorithms with deep sector intelligence focused on eCommerce and Digital Native companies.We are looking for an experienced recruiter who can find meritorious potential hires for roles across technology, data analytics, data science, research, marketing, and support.As the first point of interaction between PipeCandy and potential hires, you will represent our brand and all the values we stand for.As the primary recruiter of a fast-growing data company, you will have the thrill and the experience of building a unique team that builds a product for the world, out of India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify suitable potential hires - both active and passive
  • Build relationships with high pedigree and high potential prospective hires
  • Attend meetups, organize events and interactions that attract the best passive candidates to our network
  • Be active on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook to build our brand
  • Use recruitment portals to actively hunt for potential hires
  • Meet recruitment goals in terms of time and quality
  • Support the team on HR initiatives - including but not limited to Payroll, Employee Engagement, Appraisals, Performance Management, Branding, etc. as the need arises

Skills Required:

  • Ability to articulate the PipeCandy story in a manner that prospective hires can understand and get excited about
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Ability to connect with the right candidates (by being process-driven) and the ability to engage with them at a 'human' level (by being responsive, trustworthy, showing empathy and easy to have conversations with)
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and productivity tools like spreadsheets

Education and Experience Expectations:

  • Graduate Degree, MBA or equivalent is a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in hiring for technical roles
