Once a hobby, now a billion-dollar business

Sneaker reseller site StockX, has turned resales of shoes in to a big and highly valued business. On Wednesday, StockX said that it had hired a new Chief Executive to expand its business and had raised a fresh round of $110 million in financing that values it at more than $1 Billion.

In other news, eCommerce service provider Skubana raises $5.4 Million, GenZ is shopping lesser on Amazon and San Francisco aims to ban the sale of vapes and e-cigarettes.

As the customer is coming online, brands need to find new ways to connect and Instacart is vying to be at the forefront for brands to connect with customers at the point they’re buying their groceries, to help them be more precise with their marketing and the measurement in return on investment.
